Your Ventray product is covered by a one (1)-year limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Your Ventray juicer’s motor is covered by a five (5)-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Should your Ventray product have a defect in product material or workmanship within the first year of purchase, Ventray will be happy to arrange to have your original product returned to us, and deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you.
Please make sure you register your Ventray product as soon as you purchase it. Register now.
When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the original purchase receipt and serial number. The serial number is usually located on the box of the original packaging of the Ventray Product. Warranty - Ventray Certified Refurbished Products
Your certified refurbished Ventray product motor is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years (24-months) from the date of purchase. Proven defective products will be exchanged for a refurbished Ventray product, as determined by Ventray, or the authorized service provider.
This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect relative to refurbished Ventray products. Any other warranties, either expressed or implied, are invalid. Neither Ventray nor any authorized Ventray reseller is responsible for any incidental damages incurred in the use of Ventray products. Ventray’s obligation under this warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction of failure as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, use with faulty or improper equipment or the use of with any equipment for which they were not intended. This warranty will not cover any consequences, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the loss of life, profit, and any other losses resulting from the sales, installation or use of the product.
